Terms and Conditions of TravelFleaMarket.com Photo Contest

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.

TERM:

The Contest begins on the 1 st of each month as long as the contest runs. We reserve the right to terminate the contest at any time at the end of the month. A winner will be drawn in the 1 st week of every month the contest runs. After the winner is contacted by e-mail, phone, or US mail. The winners name will be posted on TravelFleaMarket.com. If no contact is made within 10 days, we will pick a new winner until one is located. Participants must enter by the last day of each month before 11:59 PM EST to be eligible to win in the month; all pictures will become the property of TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. Participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win and must only submit their own original pictures. If any pictures are found to be the property of others or trademarked, those pictures will be immediately removed from the contest. governed by U.S. law. NEWSLETTER:

Agreeing to the Contest Terms and Conditions participants will automatically subscribe the entrant to the weekly TravelFleaMarket.com newsletter. The newsletter will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant. Participants will be provided with an unsubscribe link in each newsletter they receive. Participants are free to unsubscribe at their own will, any time after receiving their first newsletter. TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. will not share or re-distribute the participant’s e-mail address to any third party.

PRIZE:

One (1) Nikon Digital Camera (our choice) will be awarded monthly to the winner. The winner will receive the Nikon Camera within 10 days after contact is made. Winner is responsible for all government taxes. All federal, state and local taxes and expenses related to the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST:

To enter into the Contest: Participants must provide and submit valid and truthful information in the fields on the sign up page: E-mail address first name, last name, address and zip code. Participants must also agree to the Contest Terms and Conditions. The participant will thereafter receive confirmation of their participation in the Contest through e-mail. . TravelFleaMarket.com Inc. is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any web site or any combination there of. TravelFleaMarket.com Inc, Inc. is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials in the Contest, or for mail-in entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due. All entries become TravelFleaMarket.com, inc's property and will not be returned. TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the electronic method of Contest entry if it becomes technically corrupted. Participants may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. if he/she attempts (i) to enter the Contest through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Contest, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Contest. If either of the above occurs, TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from the violator to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of StudentUniverse.com, Inc. and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winner, will be made by TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc, whose decisions shall be final. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning are determined by the number of overall entries received.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Winner will be selected monthly by the Editors of TravelFleaMarket.com Inc. TravelFleaMarket.com Inc reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Contest without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and the random selection of an alternate winner. TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. may require the winner to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Contest. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., educational institution, business, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as ‘undeliverable’ will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

NOTIFICATION:

Prize winner will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail addresses submitted in the Contest and posted on the TravelFleaMarket.com website. TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct or blocking the E mails for any reason. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. REDEMPTION:

The winner, after notification, will receive the Camera by US Mail within 10 days of notification ELIGIBILITY:

All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the Contest may participate in this Contest. By entering this Contest the participant represents to TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. that he/she is at least 18 years of age. Employees of TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this Contest. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants TravelFleaMarket.com, Inc. permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. This Contest is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

SEVERABILITY:

In the event that any provision of these Legal Restrictions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the Legal Restrictions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of these Legal Restrictions be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent.

SERVICE PROVIDER CONDITIONS:

As the technical service provider TravelFleaMarket.com can not be held responsible for; the participant's ability to compete in the contest or if the participation is greatly limited for a reason outside of TravelFleaMarket.com reasonable control, included without limitations: incorrect, incomplete, interrupted, delayed or missed information caused by the user's webpage, computer equipment, computer program or other technical equipment used when participating in the contest. Errors in the internet online system and/or the internet supplier's computer equipment and/or computer program, failed or and/or incomplete e-mails from TravelFleaMarket.com or the participants caused by technical problems and/or a heavy workload on the internet or the webpage and/or a combination of both. Damages or errors occurring in the participant's and/or another person's computer equipment, computer program and/or saved data as a result from competing in the contest. Changed legislation affecting the proceedings of the contest and the way it is carried through, decisions made by authorities, a situation of war, a natural disaster or other such events.
